I found this shop by accident when I went to get coffee. It was the BEST accident EVER! I just picked up one quart of their Clam Chowder and I should've bought 12!
My wife is from the north east and knows a good clam chowder this is a darn good clam chowder.
We only got the clam chowder that day but we went back today to buy more! Today we got a small thing of Manhattan clam chowder (which I had never had, but was delicious). My wife who really loves it and knows what is suppose to taste like said it was perfect and she loved it. She said it had the perfect amount of clams, veggies, and the broth had a robust flavor. We also got a lobster roll and lobster bisque.
Side note- we had lobster bisque and our rehearsal dinner when we got married and we've never had anything that compared to it.
This lobster bisque not only compared to our rehearsal dinner it was amazing! I think they use a beer in there base because you can taste it and it is fantastic. I made a bowl of it and it got a little cold before I was able to taste it, but it was so good I just ate it cold.
The lobster roll had plenty of lobster meat and it was just a luscious meal. She gave us had the option to either get it with mayonnaise or butter. We chose butter and it was delicious!
We cannot wait to come back next week! -

Well I don't know what to think. Pulled up there about 6:30 last night and they were closed. Lights were off. Are they just open for lunch?

Every time I go I get the butter lobster roll and clam chowder combo. So delicious and you can't beat their price! A very homey place. One of my favorites!

It was 100% worth the challenge - best chowda I've had since I can remember. Lobsta roll was also great. Felt like I was on route 6 in Hyannis and not hwy 1 in Tequesta.
Chowda was thick, creamy and plenty of clams; piping hot and fresh. Lobsta roll had the New England roll and big chunks of tasty fresh lobster. The proprietors were friendly and chatty. There was plenty of take away if you want to stock up.
It was a beautiful day so I just sat outside at one of the 3 tables there; the stools are still inside.
As I was enjoying my lunch I heard voices in my head saying they think this is the year again as the Sox made some wicked excellent offseason acquisitions....! That is where I drifted off to slurping this chowda - Fenway in October.
